Elisabetta is an Adjunct Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, with a distinguished academic and professional profile in sustainable transport, economic evaluation, and gender equity. She has authored more than 100 publications and brings extensive experience in advising national bodies.
