Looking ahead, we face several strategic challenges that will shape our work:
Strengthening Review and Editorial Capacity: As submissions continue to rise, expanding and revitalising our pool of expert reviewers and editors will be essential. Supporting reviewer engagement—through recognition, communication, and clarity of expectations—will be an important priority by the editorial team.
Enhancing Quality and Consistency: Maintaining high editorial standards requires continued attention to methodological rigour, clarity of contribution, and the avoidance of desk-rejection triggers often observed in manuscripts (e.g., underdeveloped theory, insufficient novelty, structural inconsistencies).
Navigating Evolving Publication Practices: The growing importance of open science, data transparency, and technological tools in academic publishing will require us to evaluate and potentially update our editorial policies to stay aligned with international best practices.
Increasing Journal Visibility: Strengthening our indexing profile, encouraging citation activity, and fostering thematic relevance will be critical to enhancing our journal’s long‑term impact. This includes making strategic decisions about special issues, thematic calls, and partnerships.

Nick Chandler
Editor-in-Chief
Nick Chandler has been the Editor-in-Chief of Prosperitas since July 2024. Since 2016, he has been an active member of the Scientific Committee of Strategica and the Editorial Board of the Central European Management Journal. He is an active reviewer for top-tier journals and regularly publishes in Q1-Q2 journals. His research currently focuses on organizational culture, entrepreneurship, and AI. Erika Jáki
Lead Associate Editor
Erika Jáki is an Associate Editor at Prosperitas. She has authored and edited numerous textbooks. She led multiple research projects and is a regular presenter and organizer at international conferences. Her research areas include financial planning, behavioural finance, and the impacts of crises (economic crises, COVID-19, and the energy crisis). She is currently focusing on the impact of AI. Kummitha Harshavardhan Reddy
Associate Editor
Kummitha Harshavardhan Reddy is an Associate Editor of Prosperitas. His published work addresses topics such as social entrepreneurship, sustainable tourism, and Al in tourism. He currently serves as an editorial board member of Discover Sustainability. In addition, he has conducted extensive peer-review work for several top-tier international journals in tourism, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. Rita Kóris is Outreach Editor of Prosperitas. After obtaining her degree in Economics, she spent a decade in international business consulting. Her research interests include internationalization, labour market trends, HRM, and professional development. She has been involved in several Virtual Exchange (VE) projects and global business educational initiatives. She is an active member in the international network of the VE community. Fabio Pizzutilo is Associate Editor for Prosperitas. His scholarly contributions include topics such as Basel 2, international accounting standards, and sustainable finance. He has authored books on securitization and multinational enterprises, and co-authored on the CSR preferences of young jobseekers and ESG finance. His current research interests include social risk, corporate finance, and education for sustainable development.
